Vicki is the founder of Personal Counseling Services (PCS).  The agency first opened its doors for business in August 1991. The goal at PCS is to help families and individuals improve their lives utilizing counseling techniques tailored to their specific needs.  We strive to treat each person who comes in for services with dignity, compassion, and the highest ethical standards.  In the complex and often stressful world we live in today, people need a safe haven to explore options for healing.  If you prefer a small private practice setting rather than a large institution, PCS is quite likely the place for you!  We accept self pay and select insurance plans.

Maria Hollo, MA

Masters Degree from University of Illinois 

Maria is a skilled & dedicated counselor who graduated from UIS with a Masters in Counseling.  She has many years of experience doing assessment and counseling. Maria loves learning and is always taking additional courses and training to increase her knowledge and skills. She is currently working on acquiring board certification and licensure in Illinois.  Maria is able to provide services in Spanish as well as English.

Jessica Thornton, AAS

Associate Degree from Robert Morris University

Jessica is the alcohol & drug education instructor for PCS.  She has many years of experience working as a legal assistant for law firms in Central Illinois. She is quite familiar with the stress clients may experience when going through court involved issues.  Jessica loves using her knowledge & skills to help people learn ways to avoid negative consequences associated with substance abuse and driving under the influence.
